Cancelation Policy

In order to continue to provide efficient and effective services, we maintain a strict and professional cancellation policy for ALL services. All cancellations should: 1) Be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. 2) Be clearly communicated through the appropriate channels. 3) Be conducted in an appropriate and orderly manner. If you are cancelling, it would be helpful to know if you wish to reschedule your appointment and, if so, what dates would work best for you. Please be advised that cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a missed appointment fee.
